1.
Switch on the rechargeable brush
sweeper:
- Clean your floor using the "carpet
beating function:"
To use the "carpet beating function" switch
on the appliance by the On/Off switch for
sweeping with the "carpet beating
function" (fig. 5) The indicator "carpet
beating function ON" lights up. (fig. 1/4)
- Sweeping without "carpet beating
function:"
To sweep without the "carpet beating
function" switch on the appliance by the
On/Off switch for sweeping without the
"carpet beating function" (fig. 1/6)

To sweep, push the rechargeable brush
sweeper back and forth like a vacuum
cleaner.
3.1
Switching off and parking

After sweeping, switch off the appliance
using the relevant On/Off switch (Fig. 1/
3, 6).

Set the appliance down outside your work
area and lean the stick to the side
(e.g. against a wall). This will help avoid
accidents.
If you want to store the appliance for a
longer period of time, empty the dust
container and clean them. Store the appliance
in a cool, dry place, out of reach of children.
3.2
Emptying the dust container
Empty the dust container regularly.

Take hold of the handle of the dust
container (fig. 6) and pull the dust
container up and out of the appliance.
Do not press the emptying-button yet.

When emptying the dust container, hold it
low over a dustbin with the flap down.
3.
Push the emptying button (fig. 6)/2. The
flap opens and the dust falls into the
dustbin.
4.
Carefully knock the remaining dust loose.
Rinse the dust container out if it is very
dirty and leave it to dry.
5.
Close the flap and push the dust container
back into its mounting bracket (fig. 6/3.).
WARNING:
Danger of injury! Check the appliance
before each use. Never use a damaged
appliance.
NOTE:
Your rechargeable brush sweeper features
a "carpet beating function" which in
connection with the vibrating glider-bottom
(Fig. 1/8) enables it to collect dirt particles
deeply imbedded in the carpet (Fig. 5) This
also aerates the carpet's fibres and
refreshes the pile.
ATTENTION:
Never store the appliance next to heat
sources (e.g. stoves or radiators). Avoid
exposing it to direct sunlight. Heat can
damage the appliance.
ATTENTION:
Switch off the appliance before emptying
the dust container.
