3.3 Concerning the power supply
The appliance is charged with electrical power. There is al-
ways danger of electrical shock. Therefore pay particular at-
tention to the following:
Never touch the AC adapter with wet hands.
Never immerse the appliance or the AC adapter in water or
other fluids, and keep the appliance and AC adapter away
from rain and moisture.
If you want to pull the AC adapter out of the socket, always
pull directly on the plug. Never pull the AC adapter via the
power cord. Do not carry the AC adapter by its power cord.
Ensure that the AC adapter's power cord is not bent,
pinched, rolled over or comes into contact with heat sources.
Only charge the appliance if the voltage indicated on the
AC adapter matches the voltage of your socket.
Always check the AC adapter's power cord for possible
damage before using it.
Before cleaning or performing maintenance on the appli-
ance, ensure that the AC adapter has been removed from the
socket.
