• When the unit starts up or runs, the
display shows
E9
(compressor
protection). The unit goes off
automatically, with the display showing
E9
until the unit has a slant of less than
45º.
• Electronic control or unit slant 45º or
over.
• Position the unit or electronic control with a slant of less than 45º (the unit should not
work with a slant of 45º or over as it may result in damage in the compressor). Slant
is detected by the electronic control.
• Water is entering the cabin or is filtering
in from outside.
• Valves or wastewater pipes obstructed.
• EPDM seal poorly attached or defective.
• The cabling outputs which protrude from
the lower cover of the blower and coil
cabin are not properly sealed.
• Clear the valve and wastewater pipe obstruction (
Remove the outer cover of the
unit for access
).
• Replace the EPDM seal (
take down the unit and thoroughly clean the surface where
the EPDM seal is to be attached
).
• Seal the cable output in the blower and evaporator cabin cover (
remove the unit’s
outside cover for access
).
•
The equipment works but does not
cool.
•
Too much or too little load in the
circuits.
• Condenser fan terminal inverted.
• Dirt in the capacitor.
• Condenser fan defective.
• Blockage in the circuit.
•
Verify the load by checking the pressure; if it is below 0.5 bars or above 5.0 bars with
the unit running, restore the load and run empty for at least 30 minutes and introduce
250 g.
• Check and correct the condenser fan terminal connection in the interior air distribution
panel (
R and N 2-way cable terminal
), ensuring the colours of the wires coincide.
• Clean the capacitor with pressurised air.
• Replace the condenser fan.
• Check the pressure; if it is below 0.5 bars with the unit running, clean the faulty
circuit or replace obstructed components (
possibly the continuous flow capillary
tube, as this is the component with least diameter
).
* Suitable machinery must be used whenever it is necessary to extract or introduce
the circuit gas load, respecting the environment at all times.
