. DESCRIPTION
The operating elements and connections of the BA-100 and BA-200 are identical.
5.1 Front panel BA-100 / BA-200
Inputs
1. PASSIVE
6.3 mm jack for connecting a bass with passive sound pick-up system.
2. ACTIVE
6.3 mm jack for connecting a bass with active sound pick-up system.
Level controls
3. GAIN
To match the amplifier input to the output level of the instrument.
4. SHAPE
For adjusting the basic sound; the further the control is turned counter-clockwise, the more the low
midrange frequencies will be attanuated.
Equalizer
5. ON/OFF
Turns the 7-band equalizer on and off.
6. EQUALIZER
7-band equalizer with adjustment ranges of ±15 dB.
Compressor
7. ON/OFF
Turns the compressor on and off.
8. COMPRESSION
Adjusts the degree of compression with the compressor activated.
10. MASTER
Controls the overall signal level of the amp.
11. PHONES
6.3 mm jack for connecting stereo headphones (min. impedance 8
V
). BA-200: With headphones
connected, the internal speaker will be switched off.
12. POWER
Press this button to turn the amplifier on and off.
