The DS8R should enter bootloader mode, confirmed by a flashing the amber LED above the
amplitude control dial.

Once this LED is flashing, you can remove the paper clip from the hole at the rear of the
DS8R.

In Windows Explorer, navigate to:
C:\Program Files\Digitimer Limited\DS8R Research Stimulator
Note: If the location of the DS8R software was changed from the default directory during
installation, it will be necessary to navigate to the location chosen at that time.
6.
To run the firmware updater, double-click on D128FWU.exe.
