— Reads the configuration data of a DECmpp Sx disk array controller,

Syntax
daxrdc [-s sel] [-t tab] [-o offset] [-n n] diskarray
Description
The
daxrdc
utility is not intended for general use. It gives direct access to
the disk array controller’s configuration data. The format of this data area is
described elsewhere. Other commands are available to examine and manipulate
this data in a meaningful way.
The argument
diskarray
is a character special file associated with the disk array
controller to which the command should be sent.
The options are processed by
getopt(3)
and should precede
diskarray
for the
daxrdc
command and
hexvalue
for the
daxwrc
command.
Restrictions
Root privileges are required to execute these commands.
