6.1 CIXCD Installation Configuration Rules
Follow these rules to install a CIXCD adapter for the HSC, adapt-
ers on other CI nodes, and the CIXCD itself. The key parameter to
be set is the Quiet Slot DELTA Time; you must use jumpers or
switches to set this parameter to 10, rather than accepting the de-
fault value of 7.
