Ping the maintenance IP address (192.168.2.1 by default) of the switch. See the
following figure.
If the PC can read the MAC address of the switch and can ping through the maintenance IP
address of the switch, that means the communication of the PC and the switch is normal.
7.2 Logging In to the Switch

Open the web browser, and type the default IP address of switch in the address bar
as ‘http: //192.168.2.1’.

Enter the ID and the password. The default ID is
admin
and password is
system.
