GETTING STARTED
If you use the set-top box for the first time, please take just few
steps to finish the common configurations before you enjoy it.
In the "Installation Guide" screen press cursor button to select
the desired item and then press
EXIT
or
OK
button to back to
the previous page or enter the next page.
- Set up the Country and Language.
- Set up the TV system, Resolution and Aspect mode.
- Set up the Antenna power (function to be activated (On) only
when using a portable antenna) and FTA.
- Enter a new password (PIN) of 4 digits and confirm it in the
next line.
- Press
OK
to start the Channel Search.
You can exit the scan at any time by pressing EXIT on the
remote control and confirming.
IMPORTANT:
during the waiting process,
DO NOT
perform
any operation (e.g. press remote control buttons, turn off the
receiver, disconnect the power supply), wait for the receiver to
automatically position itself on a channel.
NOTE:
the installation procedure can be repeated over and
over again, just reset the receiver:
- Enter the Main Menu (
MENU
button).
- Press the

key to go to
System
menu and press the
key to go to
Factory settings
. Press
OK
key and enter your
password (PIN). Confirm whether or not to reset the decoder to
Yes
or
No
with the or key and press
OK
.
WARNING:
when the decoder is reset, all settings entered
by the user will be lost.
