TROUBLE

POSSIBLE CAUSE

REMEDY

Grapple not operating

Hydraulic hoses not connected to host machine.

Ensure hoses are connected. 

Oil Leak

Hydraulic fittings not properly tightened.

Ensure that all hydraulic hoses and fittings are tight and not leaking.

Hydraulic cylinders are 
leaking around shaft. 

Cylinder seals require replacement.

Contact Digga or your local Digga Dealer.

Grapple operating slowly 
(opening and closing)

Insufficient flow of hydraulic oil reaching 
hydraulic cylinders.

Increase the engine RPM of host machine.

Ensure that hoses are not pinched, kinked or restricting oil flow.
