IMPORTANT
: Make sure application surface can handle weight of light fixture
* Dialight is not responsible for damage to application surface or fixture, if mounted onto a surface that can not handle weight of fixture
MOUNTING BRACKET INSTALLATION STEPS:
1.
Place [2] mounting pads on either end of the mounting bracket
•
Peel off adhesive backing from pad and adhere to mounting bracket as shown [Fig.1a]
2.
Secure the mounting bracket onto application surface by means of hole pattern on mounting bracket [Fig.1b]
•
Feed source wire through center oval opening of mounting bracket [Fig.1c]

LIGHT FIXTURE INSTALLATION STEPS:
1.
Place light fixture on installed mounting bracket [Fig.3]
2.
Install center pivoting 5/16 hex bolt on both sides of light fixture [Fig.4] _ [
do not tighten
]
_ repeat to other side
3.
Aim light fixture to desired angle [Fig.5]
4.
Once desired angle is established, install angle locking 1/4 x 3/4 long hex bolt [Fig.6] _ [
do not tighten
]
_ repeat to other side
5.
Torque all installed bolts as follows:
5/16 center pivoting bolts [Fig.4] …………………………………………….……………………… suggested torque = 11.5 ft.lb. [15.6 Nm]
1/4 angle position bolts [Fig.6] …………….………………………….……………………………… suggested torque = 6.5 ft.lb. [8.8 Nm]
