B: Fix the seat (59) to the seat tube (60) with the hex bolt (61) and flat washer (62).
C: Fix the arm curl pad (43) to the arm curl stand (42) with the hex bolt (18) and flat
washer (19), and then insert the foam (35) and foam tube (34) into the leg swing
module (36) and seat tube (60).
