Wake-On-USB Keyboard for USB 3 to 6 - JP3
The Wake-On-USB Keyboard function allows you to use a USB
keyboard to wake up a system from the S3/S4/S5 state.
By default, this function is disabled. To use this function, JP2 or JP3 -
pins 2 and 3 must be set to On. “USB Port Wake Up Control”
(“PM Wake Up Events” field) in the Power Management Setup
submenu of the BIOS must also be enabled.

2-3 On: Enabled - 5V_DUL
1-2 On: Disabled - VCC
