Front Panel Connector
HDD-LED - HDD LED
This LED will light when the hard drive is being accessed.
RESET-SW - Reset Switch
This switch allows you to reboot without having to power off the system.
PWR-BTN - Power Switch
This switch is used to power on or off the system.
PWR-LED - Power/Standby LED
When the system’s power is on, this LED will light. When the system is in the S1 (POS - Power
On Suspend) state, it will blink every second. When the system is in the S3 (STR - Suspend To
RAM) state, it will blink every 4 seconds.

COM 1 is fixed at RS232 whereas COM 2 can be selected among RS232, RS422 and RS485.
The serial ports are asynchronous communication ports with 16C550A-compatible UARTs that
can be used with modems, serial printers, remote display terminals, and other serial devices.
BIOS Setting
Configure the serial ports in the “Super IO” submenu of the Advanced menu in the BIOS.
