WALT Professional two-way radios operate on radio frequencies that are regulated 

by local government agencies. The regulatory agency in the USA is the Federal 
Communications Commission (FCC) and in Canada, Industry Canada (IC). To transmit 
on these frequencies, you are required to have a license issued by the FCC/IC. For 
Canadian users, you are required to have a license or other authorization under the 
Radio communication Act. Application is made with your local Industry Canada office. 
For other countries check with the local regulatory agency or your distributor to verify 
if this radio is approved for use and how you can obtain a license.

Application is made available on FCC Main Form 601 and Schedules E, D and H. To 
obtain these FCC forms, request document 000601 which includes all forms and
