functioning of eye muscles. “Bright Eyes” program relieves spasms of
small blood vessels in eye muscles, restores the normal functioning of
the muscle which controls the eye-lens.
Projection areas
The projection areas are located in the area of temples.
Procedure: (scheme 15)
- come up to the window;
-
fi nd a small dot on the glass. If there is no dot, put a little dot on the glass
(e.g., by marker, nail polish, etc.);
- place the quantum add-on device on one side of the head near the
temple. The add-on device should not obstruct the line of sight. Impact on
these areas by circular motions, tune in to the feeling of heat;
- during the device operation focus your attention on this dot in order to
have it in acutance.
To do this select a comfortable distance at which your eye is not strained;
- look at the dot for 8-10 seconds. A

distance for 8-10 seconds;
- then repeat this procedure till the feeling of eye fatigue. A

Allow the device to
fi nish the program;
- gradually increase the time of your exercise up to the time of the device

fi rst the forehead, then the cheeks, then the stomach.
Repeat the cycle till the end of the program. For preventive purposes use
the program every other day. If necessary you can use it every day by
sessions: 3-4 days in succession at any time, then make a break for 3-4
