FOR DOOR THICKNESS 1.57'' - 1.96'' (40mm to 50mm) (non-Kwikset Deadbolts)

1)
Apply a piece of tape band to exterior unit of your existing
deadbolt
2)
Remove the screws of the
thumbturn
(interior unit)
3)
Take out the
thumbturn
of your door
4)
Take out the
thumbturn
of your door
5)
Check and verify that chassis's top position is same as at the
photo
6)
Verify that your cam bar is that the horizontal position and
install chassis and screws
7)
Tighten the srews of the chassis
8)
Make sure that top position and cam bar position is same as
at the photo
