ASSEMBLING AND INSTALLING TRIM
1. Remove packaging from 3 pieces of trim.
2. Locate 2 adjusting plates with set screws
and 2 shims in hardware packet.
3. Align shim under adjusting plate as shown
in Figure 4.
4. Slide one end of adjusting plate/shim
in slot on mitered edge of top trim (see
Figure 4).
5. Slide other end of adjusting plate/shim
in slot on mitered edge of side trim (see
Figure 4).
6. While firmly holding edges of trim together,
tighten both set screws on adjusting plate
with slotted screwdriver.
7. Repeat steps 2 through 6 or other corner.
8. Trim should be attached only after your
fireplace has been installed into the
mantel or wall. To install trim, firmly snap
trim assembly on shoulder screws (see
Figure 5). Shoulder screws are located
on fireplace cabinet.

4. Remove log packaging material and
discard packaging. Gently place log set
on burner support (see Figure 2). The log
should fit flat against top of burner sup
-
port and log locator tabs fit into the slots
under the log. Do not allow log to contact
flame. If flame contacts log, soot will be
created.
5. Reattach screen by placing the notches
in the screen frame over the shoulder
screws and pushing down.

1. Locate four black Phillips sheet metal
screws from the hardware packet.
2. Insert hood between firebox top and lou
-
vers (see Figure 3).
3. Align screw holes on hood with screw
holes on firebox top.
4. Insert screws as shown in Figure 3.
Tighten screws firmly.
