Stopping
(1)
Close
air
outlet
valve(s).
The
speed
regulator
will
reduce
engine
speed
to
the
idle.
Put
the
machine
in
cooling
operation
for
about
5
minutes.
(2)
Turn
the
starter
key
to
the
"STOP"
position.
The
engine
stops
and
the
compressed
air
remaining
in
the
compressor
will
be
automatically
discharged.
Do
not
attempt
to
quickly
discharge
it
through
the
air
outlet
valve(s)
or
the
start-run
valve.

Note
***
Never discharge the compressed air through the start-run valve in cold weather; oil may
sometimes be mixed with the discharged air.
(3)
The
residual
air
will
be
discharged
in
about
90
to
120
seconds.
Restart
the
engine
after
confirming
that
the
delivery
pressure
gauge
reads
zero.
