Description of the control buttons

NOTE:

Not all the functions may be supported depending on the playback deviceu

ENTER / PLAY / PAUSE / CLOCK

• You can briefly interrupt and resume playback using this buttonu The display shows the elapsed playback time flashingu 
Pressing again continues playbacku
• Press and hold this button during operation to briefly display the current timeu

SKIP+ & SKIP-

With “SKIP+ / ” button you can jump to the next or previous track etcu
• If the button is kept pressed down, the machine starts to search through the tracksu
Th

“SKIP- / TUNING-”

 button can be used as follows:

Press once = This starts the current track again from the beginningu
Press twice = This jumps back to the previous tracku

STOP

The playback is stoppedu

Volume

You can set the desired volume with the 

“VOLUME- / ALARM 1” or “ / ALARM 2” buttonu

MODE

• In stop mode for programming any order of tracks (see the section on “Programmed Play”)u

During the playback of an audio eD:

Press once = the normal play modeuThe display will show “Normal”u 
Press twice = the current track is repeated continuouslyu The display will show “Repeat ONE”u
Press three times = the whole C. is played continuouslyu The display will show “Repeat ALL”u
Press four times = all tracks will be played in random orderu The display will show “Random”u
Press five times = back to the normal play modeu

During playback of MP3 music(Under USB mode):

Press once = the normal play modeuThe display will show “Normal”u 
Press twice = the current track is repeated continuouslyu The display will show “Repeat ONE”u
Press three times = the selected folder is repeated continuouslyu The display will show “Repeat FOL.ER”u
Press four times = the whole C. is played continuouslyu The display will show “Repeat ALL”u
Press five times = all tracks will be played in random orderu The display will show “Random”u
Press six times = back to the normal play modeu

PRE. /FOLDER

1u Use the “PREu / FOL.ER” to enter the enter the modeu

Programmed Play

This can be used to program any desired sequence of tracksu
1u Press the “STOP” buttonu
2u Press the "AMS / MO.E" buttonu “P_01” will start to flashuu
P_01 means the storage space
Use the “SKIP+ / ” & “SKIP- / TUNING-” buttons to select the desired track and then press the "AMS / MO.E" 
button againu
The display “P-01” will be changed to “P_02”u
3u Select the next track with the “SKIP+ / ” & “SKIP- / TUNING-” buttons and press the "AMS / MO.E" button 
againu Repeat the procedure until all the desired tracks are selectedu

NOTE:

Once the storage capacity of the tracks to be programmed has been reached “PROGFULL” will show in the displayu
4u Press the “ENTER / PLAY / PAUSE / CLOCK” buttonu The playback startsu
The upper-left of the display will show “MEM”u
5u Press once the button to stop the playback while retaining the programu
6u To play the programmed back again, press the “ENTER / PLAY / PAUSE / CLOCK” buttonu
7u To delete the program, press the “STOP” button twiceu The notification “MEM” will disappearu

Playing back Music in MP3 Format

With this device it is possible to play back pieces of music in MP3 formatu The device also supports all standard C. types:
C., C.-RW, C.-Ru
This machine of  is able to play MP3 C.su Up to 99 track scan be compressed and stored on these C.su Your machine detects an 
MP3 C. automatically (the total number of tracks and MP3s appears in the display)u If you would like to play one of these 
C.s, proceed as described under “Playing C.s/MP3”u Tracks can be programmed as described under “Playing Back 
Programmed Tracks”u

AUX IN socket

Via this socket you can also hear the sound of  other playback devices such as MP3 players, C. players etcu through the 
loudspeakersu
1u Please connect the external device with a 3u5 mm stereo jack plug to the AUX-IN socketu
2u Repeatedly press the “STAN.BY / FUNCTION” button, until “AUX” is shown in the displayu
3u You will hear the sound playback from the external device through the loudspeakersu You may adjust the volume with 

“VOLUME- / ALARM 1” or “ / ALARM 2”

 buttonsu The C. buttons are not functionalu
