Check if battery has power
Make sure you have switched the player on
No Sound
Make sure the volume is not in the 0 position and the earphones
are properly connected
Please make sure the earphones are clean
Damaged MP3 files may have noise and cannot be played
Strange characters on display
Make sure you have chosen the correct language
FM has interference
Adjust the position of player and earphones
Switch off nearby power appliances
Earphones MUST be used as antenna
Cannot Download Music
Check the USB cable, and make sure the player is properly
connected to the PC
Check if the driver has been installed correctly
Check if there is still space in the memory
