4.1
Initial start-up and longer breaks in use

The high-speed handpiece can reach full power only if specified
operating pressures are set [→ 20]. If necessary, have the
pressures checked by a service technician with a star tester that
is placed between the supply hose and the quick coupling.
➢
Sterilize the high-speed handpiece and accessory parts prior to
startup [→ 46].
NOTE! Never sterilize the quick coupling.
➢
Clean and lubricate the high-speed handpiece after longer
breaks in use.

Prior to starting the work day
➢
Purge the water and air channels for 30 seconds.
