Fabrication of the soldering model
Fabricate the soldering model
using investment compound. The
soldering model should be kept as
small as possible.
Soldering the bar
Fire the modeling compound
and introduce DS 1 or T soldering
flux into the soldering gap. The
flux must not make its way into
the screw channel (solder for
Degunorm, solder for HSL).
Try-in on the model
The soldered structure is pickled in
the Neacid pickling unit, checked
for accuracy of fit on the master
cast and the height of the gold
copings is adjusted.
The restoration is then elaborated
and polished.
