3.4.1 USB/RS232C Communication
The CU-AU1-14 and CU-AR1-14 connect to the host computer via USB or RS232C connection.
Place the BHT in the CU to transmit data.
3.4.2 Ethernet Communication
The CU-AL1-14 connects to the host computer via Ethernet.
Place the BHT in the CU-AL1-14 to transmit data.
Requests
Handling the CU-AL1-14
● Use a category 5 (Cat 5) Ethernet cable or higher when connecting the CU-AL1-14 to 100BASE-TX
networks. Using other cables may cause communication failure.
● Do not forcibly insert the Ethernet cable plug or pull the Ethernet cable strongly.
Failure to follow the insturction may result in damage to the connector or cable.
● The MAC address is written on the backside of the CU-AL1-14.
● Connect the Ethernet cable to the CU-AL1-14 before using Ethernet communication via the CU-AL1-14.
