The IP4001CR is a monolithic integrated circuit, and
suitable for 5ch motor driver which drives focus
actuator, tracking actuator, sled motor, spindle motor
and Tray motor of CDP & VCD system. It was
specially designed for Car system by increasing ESD
and surge protection capability. Furthermore it
contains 5.0V regulator internally so that customers
save the external regulator.

4ch BTL (Balanced Transformerless) driver
Builtin TSD (Thermal shutdown) circuit
Builtin 5V regulator with an internal NPN TR
Builtin mute circuit
Builtin Tray motor speed control circuit
Builtin over voltage protection
Wide operating supply voltage range: 6.5V~13.2V
( Only for using 5.0V regulator)
( Except 5.0V regulator, the operating range
should be 4.5V ~ 13.2V)
