Adding essential oils and insect repellent
If you add essential oils (e.g. our Anti-insect oil) to
the wax, the effect of the scent will be just as pleasant and
long-lasting as with a
Waxburner
used with the
Glass Hood
.
In rain and during winter
The
Glass Hood
does not protect against moisture
penetration. Water in the bowl can prevent the
Waxburner
from working properly and cause damage in icy conditions.
The
Waxburner
and
Glass
Hood
must be stored in a dry
place where they are safe from frost.
Cleaning
If required, the
Glass Hood
and the ceramic pieces can
be washed in the dishwasher or by hand using washing-up
liquid.
