Warranty
The warranty covers faulty workmanship for 2 years from the date of purchase (parts and labour).
Our warranty coverage is limited to the manufacturing defects of our machines. The use of machines other than their intended
purpose, failure to comply with the conditions in the user manual, making incorrect network connections, not using original
accessories, maintenance and repair of the machine other than the authorized service within the warranty period, and
malfunctions that may occur as a result of natural disasters are not covered by the warranty. In addition, the accessories
supplied with the machine are limited to the warranty of the manufacturers of these goods.
• If the goods fail within the warranty period, the time spent in repair is added to the warranty period. The repair time of the
goods is a maximum of 20 working days.
• Technical services authorized by Demiriz and Demiriz determine whether the malfunction of the goods is under warranty.
• The authorized service or Demiriz determines the repair place (where it is used or the service workshop) and its shape.
• In the event that the product malfunctions due to manufacturing errors within the warranty period; It will be repaired without
any charge under labor cost, replacement part cost or any other name. The properties of the product are clearly stated in the
"Operating Manual". Malfunctions resulting from the use of the product contrary to the points in the user manual are out of
warranty.
