The control unit has an in-built fault diagnostic function display. When a fault occurs, the type of
fault is indicated on LCD with a fault code. See table 2 for the fault codes and meanings,

CH Circuit NTC Connection Fault
F01 Overheat Fault: When CH temperature exceeds 98°C, the boiler stops operat-
ing and “RESET” and “F01” indications appears on LCD at the same time. Please
call authorized serviceman.
F02 Domestic Hot Water NTC Fault: When there is a fault on DHW NTC sensor, there
appears F02 fault code on LCD. The boiler still operates and meets domestic hot
water requirement by CH NTC sensors inside the boiler. Please call authorized
serviceman.
F03 Central Heating Flow NTC Sensor Fault: When there is a fault on CH flow NTC
sensor, there appears F03 fault code on LCD. Please call authorized serviceman.
F04 Ionization Fault: When there is gas cut-off, or a fault on ionization electrode, there
appears F04 fault code on LCD due to unsuccessful ignition attempts. Please press
“eco/comfort-reset” button to reset the boiler and ensure that the gas valve is not
closed for any purpose. If the problem still occurs, please call authorized serviceman.
