This digital video recorder isn’t equipped with hard disk. Before install the digital video recorder, please prepare the
hard disk. It cannot work without the hard disk. Please choose the supplier recommended HDD suitable for DVR
working, to satisfy the time and capacity request. Prefer to purchase it from regular disk supplier to sure the quality,
which will affect DVR working.

get a cross screwdriver first.

Step 1: Open the case.

Step 2: Put the hard disk into the holder and fix it with screws on both left and right

Step 3: Using a SATA cord to connect HDD onto SATA connector.
�
Step 4: Put the holder back to the device and fix it with screws.

Install the device properly and press “power” key to turn on. When it starts, you cannot operate the device unless you

displayed; click “ Yes Yes Yes Yes ” to format the hard disk and then you can record video normally. The format speed is different,
according to HDD capacity, showing at the below of the screen. Do not cut down the power supply to avoid damage the
HDD. If the power supply is cut during format procedure, the system will restart to format from the stopped place. It
won’t reformat the last.
