Orient the processor and insert vertically on to the socket until the processor clip
into place.
l
Turn the swivel to locking position and hook it under the latch on the side of
the socket to lock it in place.
l
Orient the cooling fan and heat sink then insert firmly.
l
Locate the power connector J2 for the processor cooling fan, then connect
the cable from cooling fan to J2.
Warning : Processors require a heat sink with a cooling fan. Failure to
provide adequate cooling of the processor may seriously affect
system performance or cause permanent damage to the processor.

Max press force onto FC-PGA dies will not allow larger than zolbs.
l
Same experience as OLGA dies, if the press force can controlled and full
strength on contact surface at the same time will make FC-PGA dies
more safety.
l
Very low insertion force will let user easy install and withdraw without
any tool.
