is in the “O” position. To turn the unit on in air

conditioning mode, proceed as follows:
1. Rotate the function selector dial clockwise:

Place the large star symbol        in line with

Regulation of the thermostat

The temperature is not expressed in degrees.
We recommend that you turn the thermostat
dial to the maximum position. When the desi-
red room temperature has been reached,
slowly turn the thermostat in a clockwise
direction until it arrives at the position where a
click can be heard. The temperature selec-
ted in this way will automatically be regulated
and maintained, and save energy. When
regulating the thermostat, the air conditio-

the unit continues to operate in fan only
mode.

THIS UNIT EMPLOYS AN EXCLUSIVE CON-
DENSATION RECYCLING SYSTEM TO DISPO-
SE OF EXCESS MOISTURE.
IN NORMAL CONDITIONS, CONDENSA-
TION IS DISPOSED OF AUTOMATICALLY.
WHEN THE HUMIDITY IS PARTICULARLY
HIGH, AN EXCESS OF CONDENSATION
MAY BUILT UP IN THE TANK

.. WHEN THIS

HAPPENS, THE INDICATOR LIGHT

.

COMES ON INDICATING THAT THE TANK
SHOULD BE EMPTIED.
ONLY FOR SOME MODEL IN EXTREME CASE
IF THIS PROBLEM IS CURRENT YOU MAY
DISCHARGE THE EXCESS WATER FROM THE
TANK

DIRECTLY INTO A DRAIN. USE THE

RUBBER TUBE WITH AN INTERNAL DIAMETER
OF 12 mm. THE TUBE SHOULD BE INSERTED
INTO THE HOLE PROVIDED AFTER REMO-
VING THE RUBBER BUNG MAKE SURE THE
TANK

. IS PUT BACK CORRECTLY

OTHERWISE THE LIGHT

. WILL REMAIN ON.

THE INTERNAL TANK CAN ALSO BE DRAINED
BY REMOVING THE BUNG FROM THE DRAIN
HOSE

INTO A SUITABLE RECEPTACLE.
