Removing Memory

Follow the procedures in

Remove the computer cover (see

3.
Press outward the securing clip at each end of the memory module connector.
4.
Grasp the module and pull up.
If the module is difficult to remove, gently ease the module back and forth to remove it from the connector.

If your computer includes a card retention mechanism to secure the x16 card, press the release tab downward gently and then pivot the mechanism
upward to access the card slots.
