| Scenario A: NAT Mode Gateway
Scenario B: Stateful HA Pair
For network installations with two Dell SonicWALL NSA
appliance configured as a stateful synchronized pair for
redundant High Availability (HA) networking.
In this scenario, one NSA appliance operates as the Active
gateway device and the other NSA appliance is in Standby
mode. All network connection information is synchronized
between the two devices so that the Standby appliance can
seamlessly switch to Active mode without dropping connections
if the Active device loses connectivity.
