To turn the monitor On or Off.
Solid white light indicates that the monitor is turned on and 
functioning normally. Blinking white light indicates that the 
monitor is in Standby Mode.

: For displays with glossy bezels the user should consider the placement of 

the display as the bezel may cause disturbing reflections from surrounding light 
and bright surfaces.
