Removing an SSD carrier
Prerequisites

Followthesafetyguidelineslistedinthe Safetyinstructions section.

Turn off the sled and wait until the SSD indicator LEDs on the carrier are off, and then remove the SSD.
NOTE:
When all indicators are off, the drive is ready for removal.
NOTE:
Alloperatingsystemsdonotsupporthot-swappabledriveinstallation. Seethedocumentationsuppliedwithyour
operating system.
Steps

Pressthereleasebuttontoopenthe SSDcarrierhandle.

Slide the SSD carrier out until it is free of the SSD slot.
