Removing the WWAN Card 

1.

Follow the procedures in 

Before Working Inside Your Computer

.  

2.

Remove the 

battery

 from the computer.  

3.

Remove the 

hinge covers

 from the computer.  

4.

Remove the 

access panel

 from the computer.  

5.

Disconnect the antenna cables from the WWAN card.  

 

6.

Remove the screws that secure the WWAN card to the computer. 

 

7.

Remove the WWAN card from the computer at a 45-degree angle. 

 

Replacing the WWAN Card 

To replace the WWAN card, perform the above steps in reverse order.
