monitor according to your preference.

Phase
(VGA input only)
If satisfactory results are not obtained using the Phase adjustment,
use the Pixel Clock (coarse) adjustment and then use Phase (fine),
again.

Allow you to select between Normal (10 ms), Fast (5 ms).
