To configure an IS-IS network entity title (NET) for a routing process, use this mandatory command. If you did
not configure a NET, the IS-IS process does not start.
C9000 Series
Syntax
net
network-entity-title
To remove a net, use the
no net network-entity-title
command.
Parameters
network-entity-
title
Specify the area address and system ID for an IS-IS routing
process. The first 1 to 13 bytes identify the area address. The
next 6 bytes identify the system ID. The last 1 byte is the selector
byte, always identified as zero zero (00). This argument can be
applied to an address or a name.
