...Täytä jäähdytysjärjestelmä autonvalmistajan suosittelemalla
nesteellä ja ilmaa se ohjeiden mukaan. Tarkista mahdolliset vuodot.
Kiinnitä lämmittimen panssarikaapeli muovisiteillä kiinnikkeeseen (8) ja
alkuperäiseen johtosarjaan (9).
Asenna suoja takaisin moottorin alle.
Remove the aluminum cover underneath the engine. Dismount
the lower radiator hose from the engine and connection piece (1)
below the radiator. Cut away a piece of 40mm (2) from the middle of
the straight area towards the engine. Fit the heater in the short hose
(3) with the element pointing towards the engine and the contact
pointing upwards. Remount the hose part (3) with the heater on the
engine.
Note! Make sure that the marking on the hose fits with the
lug on the pipe stub (4). Remount the original spring clamp. Note!
Do not tighten the hose clamp on the heater.
Remount the long
hose (5) on the heater’s available pipe stub and connection piece (1).
Adjust the hose so there is clearing to the cooling hood (6). Adjust the
heater to avoid the contact (7) getting close to the engine or radiator.
Note! Ensure the hoses are fitted all the way in on the pipe stubs
and make sure the hose clamps are mounted straight and behind
the flange of the pipe stub. Tighten the hose clamps on the
heater.
Top up with the coolant specified by the car manufacturer, and
bleed the cooling system in accordance with the car manufacturer’s
specifications. Check for leakages. Use cable ties to fasten the cable
to the fastening (8) and the original cable bunch (9).
