TROUBLESHOOTING
If you have problems using this product, check the following points before you request service.
SYSTEM
The unit will not turn on.
Check if the power cord is properly plugged into the electrical socket and into the subwoofer.
SOUND
No sound from Ionic Sound System

Make sure that the master volume wheel is not turned all the way down. i.e. check that the
system is not muted.
●
Connect the audio cable from your subwoofer to your TV or other devices.
●
Reset your Ionic Sound System to its factory settings by unplugging the power cord for at
least 10 seconds and plugging it back again.
No sound from the subwoofer
Check if the subwoofer LED is in solid yellow (amber) colour.
Bluetooth
●
A device cannot connect with the Ionic Sound System.
●
The Ionic Sound System is already connected with another 2 Bluetooth device. Disconnect the
device that is already connected and then try again.
●
Turn off and turn on your Bluetooth device and try to connect again.
●
If the problem persists, disconnect the power cord from the subwoofer for at least 10 seconds
and try again.
Quality of audio play from a connected Bluetooth device is poor.
The Bluetooth reception is poor. Move the device closer to the subwoofer, or remove obstacles
between the device and the subwoofer.
The connected Bluetooth device connects and disconnects constantly.

The Bluetooth reception is poor. Move your Bluetooth device closer to the subwoofer, or remove
obstacles between the device and the subwoofer.
●
For some Bluetooth device, the Bluetooth connection can be deactivated automatically to save
power. This does not indicate any malfunction of the subwoofer.
