1. Confirm that the power is OFF, that any external
power and cords are disconnected, and that the
batteries are removed. Inspect the cords, cables,
and connectors for damage or modification.
2. Clean any dirt, oil, or other contamination from
the CCU-10, LED lights and the camera to ensure
proper functionality.
3. Inspect the DVS-300 for any broken, worn, missing,
misaligned or binding parts, or any other condition
which might prevent safe, normal operation.
4. Check to make sure all rear bulkhead connectors
are secure before deployment.
5. Check the following areas on your LED Lights and
camera for previous damage, wear or corrosion:
rear bulkhead connector, power cable, and front
window.
6. Inspect any other equipment being used per its
instructions to make sure it is in good, usable
condition.
7. If any problems are found, do not use the unit until
the problems are corrected.
Post-Dive inspection

WARNING
After each use, inspect your DVS-300 to ensure
proper machine function.
1. Confirm that the power is OFF, that any external
power and cords are disconnected, and that the
batteries are removed. Inspect the cords, cables,
and connectors for damage.
2. Ensure that the connectors are still in working
order and cleaned of any dirt and residue from the
dive.
3. Insert dummy plugs to protect the pins and cable
during transit.
4. Rinse your LED lights and camera in freshwater
after use in saltwater.
5. Wipe down the assembly with a microfiber cloth
and a light cleaning solution to avoid salt buildup.
6. Install the dustcap on the CCU-10’s rear 14 pin
connector.

machine damage.
