Dedoes P# MPU02

Front pump replacement:

• Empty all fluids from MPU.

• Remove Front Valve Assembly. 

• Loosen front P0439 completely.

• Pull P0441C Front Discharge Hose free.

• Remove P0439 from old pump assembly and save.

• Remove P0435 Clip from front pump.

• Remove P0435 Rod from front pump.

• Remove both P0440 bolts from front pump assembly.

• Raise ARM to an up posi�on.

• Remove the complete front pump assembly from MPU.

To assemble the new SA0153 PUMP ASSEMBLY to the front posi�on on MPU:

• Apply pipe sealant to both exposed threads of new SA0153 check valves. Do not apply sealant to the first two threads.

• While the Arm is in an up posi�on, hold the new SA0153 in posi�on and install both P0444 bolts. 

• Using proper size wrenches carefully �ghten both P0444 bolts at the same �me.

• Install the P0439 saved from the disassembly to the front check valve and �ghten securely.

• Insert the P0441C Front Discharge Hose into P0439, and �ghten the P0439 securely. Do not over �ghten.

• Pull the Arm down and insert P0435 rod through P0436 through the Arm, and through P0436.

• Install the P0435 Clip.

• Install the Front Valve Assembly and �ghten carefully so the valve assembly is in line with face of MPU unit.

• While the Arm is down, the internal parts of both pumps should completely bo�om out at the same �me. 

    If adjustment is needed, make adjustments to P0436.

• Perform a pressure test to check for leaks prior to use. See page 1 for pressure test steps. 

For rear pump replacement:

• Empty all fluids from MPU.

• Remove the P1892 from the bo�om of the rear pump and save.

• Loosen the P0439 on the rear pump completely.

• Pull P0441D Rear Discharge Hose free of the P0439.

• Remove the P0439 from the old pump assembly and save.

• Remove the P0435 Clip from the rear pump.

• Remove the P0435 Rod from the rear pump.

• Remove both P0440 bolts from the rear pump assembly.

• Raise the Arm to an up posi�on.

• Li� and remove the old rear pump assembly from MPU.

To assemble the new SA0153 PUMP ASSEMBLY to the rear posi�on on MPU:

• Apply pipe sealant to both exposed threads of the new SA0153 check valves. Do not apply sealant to the first two threads.

• With the Arm in an up posi�on, hold the new SA0153 in posi�on, and install both P0444 bolts. 

• Using proper size wrenches carefully �ghten both P0444 bolts at the same �me.

• Install the P0439 fi�ng saved from disassembly to the front check valve and �ghten securely.

• Insert the P0441D Rear Discharge Hose into the P0439 fi�ng, and �ghten P0439 securely. Do not over �ghten.

• Pull the Arm down and insert P0435 pin through P0436 through the Arm and through P0436.

• Install the P0435 Clip.

• Install the P1892 fi�ng to bo�om of new pump, and �ghten securely.

• With the Arm in the down posi�on, the internal parts of both pumps should completely bo�om out at the same �me. 

    If adjustment is needed, make adjustments to P0436.

• Perform a pressure test to check for leaks prior to use. See page 1 for pressure test steps.
