2 / INSTALLING THE VENTILATION SHAFT
The appliance must be unplugged during
installation or when any repair or maintenance
work is being carried out.

Using the two screws, attach the metal
ventilation shaft bracket against the wall, flush
with the ceiling for support.

Unscrew the grid and remove it (a).
Remove the 2 screws from the motor (b),
Position the adaptor (c), Put back the 2 screws
to hold the adaptor in place.
Put the valve (d) on the adaptor (c)
Fit the 150 mm flue (not supplied) onto the
valve.
If a 120 mm flue is being installed, use the
adapter (e) on the valve (d).
If the diameter of your exterior flue is less than
120 mm, you must connect your hood in the
recycling configuration.

Slide the two sections of your telescopic
ventilation shaft together.

Fit the assembled ventilation shaft onto the
hood and lift up the top part to adjust the
height before screwing it onto the metal shaft
support.
