REMOTE CONTROL OPERATING PROCEDURES 

 

l

  Ensure that the 

button is in the ON position on the control panel. 

l

  Ensure that the heater button        is in the ON position(if heating is required). 

l

  The effective range of the remote control is up to 6 meters or 19.69 feet. 

l

 

Remote control: use 2 AAA batteries(batteries not included).

 

 

  Note: Do not mix old and new batteries. 
            Do not mix alkaline, standard(carbon-Zinc)or rechargeable(nickel-cadium)batteries. 
            Preset desired temperature using control panel operating procedures. Turn unit ON   
            And OFF with remote control.

 

 

  NOTE: 
  The remote control unit will allow you to activate the unit as already selected manually on the control panel (i.e. 
if the heater is Not turned on at the unit, the remote control will not activate this function). 
 
  Once the controls for the flame dimmer has been re-adjusted on the remote, the flame control on the unit will
