Dear Customers,
Thank you for purchasing a ROCKRIDER electrically-assisted bike.
We invite you to read the instruction manual to get the most out of your e-ST900 bike.
Never forget that an electrically-assisted bike is not a moped. It needs your help to go further,
faster and longer.
We suggest that you learn how to use your electrically-assisted bike in an open area in order
to get used to the feel of the motor kicking in and thus ensure optimum control of your bicycle.
An electrically assisted bicycle is heavier than a conventional bicycle (unloaded weight of the
ROCKRIDER e-ST900 is 21.9 kg for the small version, 22.1 kg for the medium, 22.2 kg for
the large version and 22.3 kg for the extra large version). Without power assistance, pedalling
can be more difficult.
You must always make sure you are capable of riding the entire journey without assistance,
in case your battery runs flat.
Here is what you need to do to get the most out of your ROCKRIDER power-assisted bike.
Important, this instruction manual only applies to the electrical characteristics of
your bicycle.
You should refer to the user guides for all our bicycles that come with this document
and that are also present on our www.supportdecathlon.com website or on request
in our DECATHLON stores.
