terminal power switch is on.

The operator control panel lights (Figure 9–2) are used to
indicate the progress and result of self-tests for Fu,
memory, CPU, and I/O modules. Refer to Table 9–7 for
information on interpreting the lights and determining what
actions to take when a failure is indicated.
