Hazard zones
Gas, dust, steam, fumes
a) Carry out welding, flame cutting and grinding work on the machine only when
this is permitted. There is a risk of fire and explosion!
b) Before starting welding, flame cutting and grinding work, clean the machine and
its environment of dust and inflammable substances and ensure adequate
ventilation (explosion hazard)!
c) Inspect fume extraction and ventilation systems at regular intervals and check
for proper function!
d) When working in confined spaces, observe any applicable national regulations!
(e.g. have a second person standing by for a fast rescue)
