GENERAL FEATURES
The Sapphire is a refrigerated plug-in counter for the display and sale of meat, cold cuts, dairy products,
fruit and vegetables with ISO 23953-2 class 3 climate operating conditions.
The maximum depth of the counter when using 450 mm shelves is equal to 850 mm and is available in
1250, 1875 and 2500 mm lengths. It provides the use of swinging doors that ensure good energy sav-
ings.
The counter has a built-in hermetic condensing unit and is equipped with a compressor that comes into
operation as soon as the plug is connected to the power outlet.
