void WINAPI Program_Frequency (int Card, int Frequency)
DESCRIPTION
This routine allows the user to change the operating frequency of the card oscillator.
INPUT DATA
Card = an integer between 0 and 7 for the card of interest. The card number is set in the
MOTION FEEDBACK BOARD MANAGER.
Frequency = an integer between 0 and 255 that corresponds to a bit multiplier. The product
of the bit multiplier and the output scaling represents the true frequency.
To change the Oscillator frequency, enter the bit multiplier. The bit multiplier, which is an
integer, is determined by the following formula.
