HEART FREQUENCY
The sensor located on the back of the watch,
can measure the heart rate. The last seven
measurements will be displayed on the heart
rate display. For a more detailed analysis, you
can check the APP of your Smartphone.
PHYSICAL EXERCISE
In the Exercise section you can choose
between 8 different types, to select one of
them slide between the different options and
keep pressed to start the registration of the
selected exercise.
To pause / stop the exercise slide to the right.
For a more detailed analysis of the exercise log,
check your APP on the Smartphone.
